About SwimTrack
What is SwimTrack?
SwimTrack is a finals-only swimming carnival system: record race results, tally age champions and houses, optionally award house points, and track school time records.
- Events: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly (distance variants configurable); boys/girls divisions.
- Champion tallies: automatic Age Champion leaderboards and House Champion points.
- Records: time-based school records with auto-flag when a result beats the existing mark.
- Finals only: no heats—enter final placings and times directly from marshalling/finish sheets.
Setup & integration
- Year presets: per-year event lists, eligible year levels, and house point tables (optional).
- Exceptions: DQ, scratch, tie handling, exhibitions; editable lanes and DNS/DNF markers.
- LeaveLens data: pulls student roster, DOB (age grouping), and house memberships where available.

What is AthletiTrack?
AthletiTrack is a finals-only athletics carnival system: capture final placings/times/distances, tally age champions and houses, optionally award house points, and track school records.
